On Internet Explorer 6: Go to "Tools->Internet Options..." in the menu,
select the "Security" tab, select "Trusted sites", click the [Sites...] button,
enter "https://secure.myadhd.com", click [Add] and then [OK] twice.

On Netscape 7.1: Go to "Edit->Preferences..." in the menu,
select "Privacy & Security->Cookies" from the Category,
choose an option other than "Disable cookies" and click [OK].
