Tracking Tools
Tracking Tools are brief forms, checklists and rating scales designed to monitor the progress of children or adults who are receiving interventions and treatment. Healthcare professionals may request that educators and parents regularly complete one or more Tracking Tools to evaluate the child’s progress in school and at home or the progress of an adult with ADHD in various settings.
